There will also be engaging panels, virtual meet and greets, product information and equipment demos featuring the latest in sous vide technology and accessories and so much more!

Professionals - In addition to accessing the full weekend content, your PRO Pass gives you access to a dedicated day (Monday) of sessions exclusively for restaurant and catering professionals. You'll learn from some of the top professionals in the industry and will walk away with new ideas for creating menus, increasing efficiency and maximizing food safety.
