For our next regional event of 2023, trade your chef coats for overalls and join us on the farm at the world famous Chef's Garden!


Ok, so maybe you can skip the overalls - but we're thrilled to bring this event to the Culinary Vegetable Institute (CVI) at the Chef's Garden! You'll be learning from an all-star crew of presenters and will have the opportunity to tour the farm in classic hayride style.

We'll hit the ground Sunday morning with some engaging presentations, followed by a delicious brunch courtesy of Cuisine Solutions. Then it's out to the CVI grounds where we'll experience a series of interactive presentations. 

The afternoon will be filled with side by side testing, TASTING, and a host of advanced topics that will excite even the most adventurous cooks. That evening, we'll experience a gourmet dinner spread with a hosted bar of beer, wine and some batched cocktails courtesy of CVI and our presenters. Special guest MEATHEAD from AmazingRibs.com will even be joining us to serve some show-stopping sous vide que.

On Monday, August 14th, you'll have the opportunity to meet Farmer Lee Jones and some of the other staff behind The Chef's Garden and CVI. We'll then head out on the farm with a hay-wagon tour to see just what makes this 300-acre wonderland one of the most innovative and pioneering farms in the world.

Chefs and caterers - we haven't forgotten about you! The event will be ACF-accredited for CE hours, and by the end of it, you will have:

A clear understanding of how and why it's beneficial for your restaurant/operation to use sous vide for vegetables
A stronger commitment to agriculture, sustainable farming and sourcing local
Base recipes and techniques you can take home and put on your menus immediately.
